1. The Retailer will take reasonable steps to ensure the safety of the Owner’s personal information, and where required by law, comply with Applicable Privacy Laws in relation to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of the Owner’s personal information.

2. Types of personal information the Retailer may collect from the Owner include:

   1. contact details, including name, address, email, phone number;

   2. utility bills;

   3. photographs of the Site;

   4. photographs of the Owner;

   5. photographs and electronic records of the Owner’s signature; and

   6. other information as reasonably collected by the Retailer from time to time (collectively, Owner Data).

3. By agreeing to these Terms, the Owner expressly authorises:

   1. The Retailer to take and record the Owner Data, and

   2. The OSW Group to access, preserve, store, use, adapt, compile, disclose, share, transfer, or deal with such Owner Data in accordance with the OSW Privacy Policy.
