Who Is Eligible? (Am I Eligible?)

NSW Resident: You must be a resident of New South Wales (NSW) living in an existing residential property.

Owner-Occupier OR Landlord: The applicant must be either the owner-occupier of the property or a landlord with tenant permission.

Combined Household Income (for the $15,000 Loan): Combined household taxable income must be $210,000 or less per annum.

Combined Household Income (for the $4,000 Discount): Combined annual household income must be $80,000 or less, or you are an eligible concession card holder.

New Installation: Incentives are for newly installed systems, not replacing existing functional ones.
